Hey, I didn't believe it. I always thought dieting was all about skipping meals, not eating most of the time, fasting and depriving myself. This new concept I had been hearing about of eating more to lose weight was intriguing to say the least. Although I could always lose weight by starving myself, I would inevitably give up and gain all the weight back and then some. So I started some serious research about this eating more thing! I searched for fat burning foods, fat flushing foods and negative calorie foods. And, you know what? It turned out to be true that there are many, many foods that are so low in calories and/or high in fiber, that the more you eat of these foods, the more weight you could lose. In theory, at least.
Chapter 7 of The 100 Calorie Diet reveals SO many ways you can use these FREE foods to eat more and weigh less. And even better, you will find some absolutely delicious recipes in The 100 Calorie Cookbook using foods from my list. Not possible? Yes, it's possible! Check out my recipe for Bodacious Beef Stew after the FREE foods list. Guaranteed delectable and zero net calories!

Susie Says:
This Tasty Beef Stew Recipe is absolutely delicious! The rutabagas absorb the flavor of the stew and you really think you're eating potatoes! It reminds me of those wonderful days of childhood when I would open the front door of our house after a long day at school and oh, how I loved that luscious smell of stew cooking on the stove! I knew dinner was going to be great.
